Crockpot Mexican Chicken

One of my favorite, and easiest, dishes is crock pot mexican chicken. It’s a delicious and easy recipe.

Place in Crock pot:

1 Package of Boneless chicken cutlets

1 Can of beans (preferably black beans)

1 Can of Salsa (I usually like to use fresh salsa)

Leave in Crock pot for 4 to 6 hours on low. Check to make sure chicken is cooked through. It should fall right apart.

Dish over rice.

Top with Cilantro, Scallions and Avocado.
