Avocado Deviled Eggs


6 hard-boiled eggs

1 avocado, diced

2-½ tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/8-teaspoon garlic powder

1/8-teaspoon onion powder

Add cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste

Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks in bowl. Stir in diced avocados, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Makes 12 servings.
