Mmmm Guacamole. Avocado everything is my absolute go-to. This recipe by far has been my favorite. How good does it look? I love when guacamole comes out a bit chunky to get the full flavors of the ingredients. I enjoy making guacamole because it is oh so easy and great for topping over chili, having plain, or adding to a delicious sandwich.
What you will need:
- 4 Ripe Avocados
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 Roma Tomato, diced
- 1 Small Red Onion, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced fine
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt to Taste
Cut the avocado across the center and split in half. Using a large spoon, take the pit out of the avocado. Place the avocado in a bowl and using a large spoon break up the avocado but don’t mash it too much. Stir in the lime juice (this will also help prevent the avocado from browning).
Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine, and season to taste. Try not to inhale. Enjoy xx
